The easiest way to reach me is email. I usually reply within [2–3] days.

A tool isn't working: tell me which tool, your phone or browser, and what went wrong. A screenshot helps a lot.
An exam's photo rules have changed: send the exam name and a link to the official notice, and I'll update the page.
You want a new tool: tell me what you were trying to do.

Please don't email me the photo or document you were working on. A screenshot of the problem is enough.
