By using oneplacetool.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What the service is
A set of free tools that run inside your web browser. No account is needed and no payment is taken. The tools run on your own device, so how they behave depends on your browser, your operating system and the memory available to them.
Provided as-is
The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. That includes any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy. I do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any output will be accepted by anyone else.
You must verify the results
- Calculators produce estimates. EMI, tax, GST and investment figures are arithmetic based on what you enter and on the rules as I understand them. They are not financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Confirm anything that matters with your bank, your tax adviser or the official portal. See the disclaimer.
- Form specifications change. Sizes quoted on this site come from published requirements and may be out of date. The instructions for your own form are the only authority. Check your output against them before you upload.
- Keep your originals. Compression and conversion lose information for good. Keep the original file until you have confirmed the result is acceptable.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site to process material you have no right to process;
- use it to produce forged, altered or misleading documents or identity images;
- attempt to disrupt the site, or to probe or attack the infrastructure serving it;
- scrape, republish or rehost the site's content or code as your own, or remove attribution from it.
Your files and your content
You keep every right in the files you process. I claim nothing, and I never receive them. Processing happens on your device, as set out in the privacy policy.
Advertising and third-party links
Pages may carry advertising supplied by other companies, and may link to outside sites. I do not control that content and do not endorse it. Any dealing with an advertiser or a linked site is between you and them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. That includes loss of data, a rejected application, a missed deadline, or a decision taken on the basis of a calculator result.
Availability and changes
The site may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn at any time without notice. Tools may be added, altered or removed. These terms may also change. The date at the top of this page shows when they last did.
Governing law
The site is run from India, so these terms are governed by Indian law and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
The site itself is open to everyone, everywhere. Nothing above removes a consumer right you have under the law of the country you live in.
